Shipping policy

Everything is handmade to order-Kindly allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. (During holiday and peak times this may be extended; however, we will strive to achieve a timely shipment.)  You will receive an e-mail shipment confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped. 

At times, we will offer PRE-ORDER items. Please pay close attention to the listing for details.  Pre-order items can take between 2-3 weeks to arrive.  If your order includes a pre-order items, please note, all items will ship together.  To avoid this delay, you may consider placing a separate order for all your pre-order items.  Pre-order items can not be refunded unless damaged during shipping.
